Cooking classes, fly over the amazing Wineglass Bay in Freycinet, private wine tastings, cider tasting, James Boags brewery tour, chocolate tastings, oyster farm tours, trip to Bruny Island and so much more.

 Day 1; Sunday 12th

Tour starts at James Boags Brewery at 12 midday, meet us there with your luggage.

Visit the most prized butcher in Tasmania “Cassalinga” 

Lunch at James Boags, dinner at Rosevears

Staying at Rosevears

Day 2; Monday 13th

Morning tea at Hillwood berry farm, followed by a Vineyard lunch at Pipers brook Winery in the Tamar Valley. 

Breakfast at Rosevears, lunch at Pipers Brook, dinner at Rosevears.

Staying at Rosevears.

Day 3; Tuesday 14th

Today we head off to Swansea, Tasmanian gourmet sauce company…. More to be added to this day.

Breakfast at Rosevears, lunch TBC, dinner at Swansea.

Staying at Swansea Beach Chalets.

Day 4; Wednesday 15th 

Wine day….visiting some of the best vineyards in Freycinet region, Freycinet Vineyard and Spring Vale followed by an oyster farm visit Melshells oysters. 

Breakfast at Chalets, lunch at Melshells Oyster Farm, dinner at Bark Mill Tavern.

Staying at Swansea Beach Chalets.

Day 5; Thursday 16th

Freycinet oyster farm tour and seafood lunch, visit to Coles Bay, light plane flight over Wine Glass Bay, visit to Devils Corner. 

Breakfast at Chalets, lunch at Freycinet airport, dinner at Chalets.

Staying at Swansea Beach Chalets.

Day 6; Friday 17th

Today we head off to Hobart, long lunch stop at Puddle Duck winery Richmond.

Breakfast at Chalets, lunch at Puddleduck, dinner at Villa.

Staying at Villa Howden.

Day 7; Saturday 18th 

Grandvewe cheese tasting and farm tour, wine tasting, apple cider tasting, apple farm tour, apple inspired afternoon tea at Willie Smiths. 

Breakfast at Villa, lunch at Cygnet, Saffron inspired dinner at Villa.

Staying at Villa Howden.

Day 8; Sunday 19th 

We catch the 9am ferry to Bruny Island, YES… MORE oysters, cheese, wine, beer, views, views and more amazing views! 

Breakfast at Villa, lunch on Bruny Island, dinner at Villa.

Day 9; Monday 20th

Last day, we finish with breakfast at Villa Howden and assist with getting you to your hotel or Hobart airport.

Wine day we visit Puddle Duck winery, Domaine A and time to explore the Historic town of Richmond, optional cooking class.

Dinner in Hobart.

Day 3; Wednesday 22nd; 

Grandvewe cheese tasting, Saffron Farm tour, apple cider tasting, apple farm tour, distillery tour, apple inspired afternoon tea. Dinner at Villa.

Day 4; Thursday 23rd;
