Day 1; Wednesday 11th August
Meet at Villa Les Lodges en Provence located 10 minutes from Avignon at 5pm.
Drinks and dinner while enjoying the sunset over the hills of Avignon and Fort Saint-Andre
Day 2; Thursday 12th
Local Markets to buy ingredients.
Duck cooking day, morning cooking class where we make Duck liver parfait, Duck confit and a mouth watering raspberry almond frangipane tart.
During the day we visit a local winery and enjoy lunch there also.
Cellier des Charteux followed by lunch at Maison Chenet
Day 3; Friday 13th
Visit the beautiful town of Arles for the day
Day 4; Saturday 14th
Head into Avignon food hall to purchase beautiful fresh produce for our cooking classes.
Lunch we will enjoy at the villa of cold seafood bought from the markets including Southern France oysters and beautiful champagne.
Afternoon we have a cooking class preparing our dinner of, beef and creme brûlée.
Day 5; Sunday 15th
Visit the Village of Villeneuve-les-Avignon including a visit to Fort Saint-Andre followed by lunch in the Village
Day 6; Monday 16th
A visit to Pont de Gard, wine tasting and lunch at Domaine de Romarins
Matt cooking lunch in the Domaine de Romarins
Afternoon cooking class to prepare dinner
Day 7; Tuesday 17th
Day trip to two local villages for wine tasting and lunch
Day 8; Wednesday 18th
Tour finishes after breakfast 10am
