The Staff

The staff at The Deck Cafe Lovedale have a huge amount of experience gained at various Hunter Valley establishments as well as catering for large corporate events, weddings, outdoor concerts and other public events.

Managers Breanna and Karen, have worked for many years here in the Hunter and are both home-grown talents, bringing a personal friendly touch to the cafe and making everyone feel welcome. 

Our chefs two head chefs Nathan and Martin along with an awesome team of chefs and apprentices who put in 110% every day help deliver consistently fantastic food. 

We pride ourselves on employing local young people, some of whom stay with us for several years through school and Uni before moving on to many and varied careers.  We are very fortunate to have such a great talent base to pick from here in the Hunter Valley.
