Vego Delight: grilled sour dough, smashed avocado, herb roasted field mushroom, grilled haloumi and roasted vine ripened tomato and rocket pesto

or

Eggs benedict: 

Herb roasted field mushroom, 

Beetroot and gin cured salmon gravlax,

American streaky bacon,

$42 per person with a glass of  sparkling wine
