Day 1; Sunday 14th February
Meet in Launceston at James Boags Brewery at 12 midday for a brewery tour followed by gourmet pizzas at James Boags.
Lunch at James Boags. Dinner at Bluestone.
Staying at Rosevears.
Day 2; Monday 15th February
Truffle farm tour and tasting, wine tasting and lunch at Pipers brook Winery Tamar Valley.
Breakfast at Rosevears, lunch at Pipers Brook. Dinner in Rosevears
Staying at Rosevears.
Day 3; Tuesday 16th February
Morning tea at Hillwood berry farm, Janz wine tasting, lavender farm visit with lavender inspired lunch. Dinner at Rosevears.
Staying at Rosevears.
Day 4; Wednesday 17th February
Today we head off to Freycinet, Mayfield winery for lunch, wine and gin tasting followed by lunch.
Breakfast at Rosevears, morning tea at Campbell town, lunch Mayfield.
Dinner at Swansea.
Staying at Swansea Beach Chalets.
Day 5; Thursday 18th February
Freycinet marine oyster farm tour, visit to Coles Bay, Freycinet national park Wineglass bay walk in Freycinet National Park, visit to Freycinet winery.
Breakfast at Chalets, bbq lunch at Freycinet winery. Dinner at Chalets.
Staying at Swansea Beach Chalets.
Day 6; Friday 19th February
Wine day….starting with oysters at Melshells oyster farm then visiting some of the best vineyards in Freycinet region, Milton and Spring Vale tasting where we have a long lunch.
Breakfast at Chalets, lunch at Springvale. Dinner at local tavern.
Staying at Swansea Beach Chalets.
Day 7; Saturday 20th February
Drive to Hobart tour finished 11pm Hobart City.

10am Pick up from your chosen Hobart city hotel.
Visit the historic town of Richmond, Pooles wine tasting, lunch and wine tasting at Nocton winery followed by Coal River Dairy.
Day 2; Wednesday 10th February
Breakfast at Villa
Grandvewe cheese tasting and farm tour, Saffron farm for tasting and lunch, Willie Smiths organic apple farm tour, apple cider tasting, apple inspired afternoon tea.
Dinner at Villa.
Day 3; Thursday 11th February
Breakfast at Villa
Ferry to Bruny Island, oysters, cheese, wine, beer, honey, views, views and more amazing views!
Light airplane flight over Bruny Island
Breakfast at Villa, lunch on Bruny Island, degustation dinner at Villa.
Day 4; Friday 12th February

Leave Villa Howden 9:30am
