Our team are experienced and equipped to make your Hunter Valley Catering event a roaring success. You may have seen our stalls and banners around at various private and public events in and around the Hunter Valley.
The food is spectacular whether we’re cooking in a commercial kitchen or bringing our own equipment to an outdoor venue. You won’t be disappointed.

Menus
We choices of menus:
- 3 course; From $105 per person plus Chef to cook $400 for groups under 25
- 5 course Degustation; From $155 per person plus Chef to cook $500 for groups under 25
- 7 course; Tapas Menu $105 per person plus Chef to cook $500 for groups under 25
- Paella; From $50 per person minimum 40 people
We tailer each menu to the season and especially your needs.

We will design a menu to suit your requirements and the time of year using the freshest seasonal ingredients available.
The Deck Cafe prides itself on excellent food and great service.
Wait staff are extra and we can supply professional bar and wait staff starting at $60 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
Extra costs may be incurred depending on location and venue requirements for function.
All prices are inclusive of GST.

We do NOT split bills but can happily provide an itemised account.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays.
A 20% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays.
